Carole Bronsdon graduated from the University of Dundee Medical School in 1984. She started specialist training in Internal Medicine before switching to General Practice. She moved to London in 1986 to continue training in Psychiatry, Accident and Emergency and Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She holds the Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is a member of the Royal College of GP’s. Carole was a partner in an NHS practice in Kensington for over 20 years. She left 3 years ago to pursue a more varied career. In addition to her role at 48 Wimpole Street she still provides GP services to the NHS in the Notting Hill/Holland Park area and is an appraiser of NHS GP’s.
Carole loves the variety of work involved in being a GP, particularly in Central London with its hugely varied population.
When not working, Carole is either trying to organise the busy lives of her teenage son and daughter or walking the family’s golden retriever.
